English proficiency: C1 or higher. A numbers-oriented, creatively-driven professional with global ambitions and a passion for marketing and measurable goals.
Primary objectives to accomplish within a year:
- Double the visit → lead CR
- Decrease the CAC by 25% while maintaining 3.5x YoY growth
- Launch 3 new cities
Key hard skills:
- Data analysis and interpretation: Proficient in Google Analytics, Posthog, and Metabase to optimize conversion rates and interpret funnel performance.
- Research skills: Passion for communicating with clients and a drive to conduct and analyze interviews and quantitative research.
- Content strategy: Collaborate with AI tools, copywriters, designers for compelling content across funnel stages.
- CRM & funnel management: Familiarity with Customer.io, Brevo for lead management and funnel tracking.
- A/B testing & experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests in collaboration with IT for acquisition funnel enhancement.
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO): Apply CRO techniques to boost landing page effectiveness and user flow.
- Paid advertising skills: Proficient in the principles and functionalities of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- UX/UI Principles: Understanding of UX/UI design principles for optimal funnel experiences.
- Sales enablement: Collaboration with sales teams for improved conversion rates.
