About the Role:

As a Head of Software Design at Whizz, you will be key in designing and developing innovative micro-mobility solutions, including e-bikes, mopeds, charging stations, and IoT modules. From prototyping and technical documentation to overseeing production and software development, you'll be at the forefront of creating cutting-edge products that drive urban transportation forward. Responsibilities:

• Develop project solutions for the design and production of e-bikes, mopeds, charging and swapping stations, and IoT modules.
• Create technical documentation, blueprints, and specifications to determine optimal technical parameters and features of the products.
• Conduct experimental research to validate designs and improve product performance.
• Prototype new designs, identify manufacturing partners in China, Vietnam, and Thailand, and establish production processes.
• Manage software development projects and oversee a team of developers.
• Lead system integration and automate technological and business processes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Strong command of the English and Russian languages.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end product development.
